Conduit Fill/Cable Ampacity

I am routing 4 - 3" conduits with 4 - 350kcmil conductors and 1 #4/0G in each conduit. The original plan was to provide 4 cores through a concrete wall but now they are placing a pull box on each side of the wall and only providing 1 core for all cables. They will just place a sleeve/nipple through the wall.

My understanding is that a 6" core is large enough for all these conductors and there is no de-rating for ampacity because the distance is less than 24".

Can someone please confirm my understanding is correct and this is acceptable?

Also, has anyone seen conduit larger than 6"?

Thank you.

I agree with Smart --Look at the notes to the table in Chapter 9

Also if you look at all the conduits listed in chapter 9 you will not find anything over 6" In fact depending on the conduit 4" is the largest

Also once your nipple is 24" or less the fill jumps to 60% instead of the typical 40% for more than 2 conductors.
