Hey Guys

We just built a brand new shop on our farm and had it wired comercially. Inside, we built several rooms (office, bathroom, parts room, etc) and put an "apartment' style room upstairs for some of our guys to stay in from time to time. In addition, we wired all these rooms, inspector had no problem as he wasn't calling this a commercial installation. After we had the walls all finished and whatnot, my father decided he wanted a range in the apartment.

Only option is to use conduit now so I have a few questions...The range requires a 40Amp circuit so right now the plan is:

2 - 8AWG wires (hot)
1 - 10AWG wire (neutral)
1 - 12AWG wire (ground)

In addition, which size of conduit must I use to abide by the conduit fill rule?

Thanks in advance,
Andy
