I'm not finding pvc schedule 40 conduit size for 4/0 aluminum use-2 in the code book. I need 100 characters to post this, so here is some fill.

The only place I notice USE appearing in the Chapter 9 Table is in 5A where it accompanies RHW
From an earlier thread it was fairly well documented that most USE-2 was also rated RHW so you are probably safe using the RHW dimension.

I agree and if it's not dual rated then it cannot enter the structure.
