I have couple 3 questions.
1. would a bonding bushing be required if a short piece of metalic sealtight on a pvc into an outdoor panel. They used a piece of metallic sealtight to make an offset instead of pvc. Would the metallic sealtight need to have a bonding bushing into panel?

2. Can a sealtight 90 be used back to back on LB ?

3. can a sealtight 90 be used as elbow? Basically conduit+sealtight 90 to make the elbow using sealtight into enclosure.

If possible can you provide the address in NEC Please

1) no the locknut supplied with the connector will bond the LFMC unless it's over 250 volts to ground and concentric or eccentric KO's are encountered.
2&3) technically you cannot use a LFMC connector into a conduit body or coupling.
