Where on the bridge?
What kind of bridge?
What temperature changes will be experienced?
How many expansion joints do you need to consider?
You could probably use just about anything except NM, but a lot has to do with project specifications and the application.

If the conduit is actually encased in the concrete, the raceway type doesn't matter. Assuming the bridge is long enough to have expansion joints, you will need expansion joints in whatever raceway you use that will be able to move as much as the bridge is designed to move. I would think you would want to use IMC or RMC (the raceway will be exposed to pedestrians at the expansion joints) for the raceway and that you would be talking to the engineering company to see what the planed movement is for that bridge.
If there are no expansion joints in the bridge, there is no need for any expansion joints in your raceway.

Beware corrosion problems. Fiberglass is appropriate for bridges near ocean. Even the best galvanized pipe can rust over time. PVC in concrete is acceptable. Watch for UV degredaton over time if exposed to sun.
