I got such a fine suggestion last time that I thought of another one. Suppose I have a 4" underground pvc conduit with 2 - 1" innerduct pvc conduits. When the conduit surfaces vertically at ground level and the 1"ers continue on their way, up the side of a building for example. Does anyone have suggestions on how to plug the 4". Are there split caps with cut-outs or some foams that could accomplish this?

BASF must have a big budget!:D

No, large companies are get that way because they watch their pennies and $'s as well. However they also believe in and obliged by their size to be a responsible corporate citizen and to do the right thing, at all times.

If you have another alternative device that is approved and not objectionable to the AHJ then please, by all means, share it.
