Gee, this never occurred to me. But I would think so. I don't think you get a pass like in 310.15(B)(3)

Is that Table 310.15(B)(2)(a) or is this the 2008 NEC?

I don't have my 2011 code book in front of me but in my 2014 in Ch.9 note: 4 it states that you can fill to 60% and 310.15(B)(3)(a) adjustments factors need not apply to this condition.
I would think that 310(B)(2)(a) adjustment factors would apply since it does not mention otherwise.

Just wanted to correct my typo. I meant to say, would NOT think so.
Just to clarify, I don't think that 310.15(B)(3) would apply to 310.15(B)(2).
I believe 310.15(B)(2)(a) referred to in the OP is from the 2008 edition. It got moved to 310.15(B)(3)(a) in 2011.
