I am running wire in an existing conduit, from inside a building to the outside next to gasoline pumps. The conduit has explosion proof fittings outside, next to the gasoline pumps, but not on the other end, inside the building. Do you have to have explosion proof fittings on either end of the conduit?

I am assuming you mean "seals" where you mentioned "explosionproof fittings". See Section 514.8. I'm unfamiliar with the Washington State Amendments, but I suspect this particular Section is unchanged. A careful reading will indicate the raceway must be sealed at each end whether it stubs up in either a classified or unclassified location if it runs beneath a location classified by Section 514.3.
