Conduit sealing method

Need some help here. I have indoor unit substations with sprinkler pipe/or heads directly over them. The room has 1-hour rated walls so FP is required. By 110.26(F)(1)(b) and (c), the AHJ states I need leak protection for any equipment in or over the dedicated space. The substation enclosure itself would be considered adequate if the contractor would have bottom-fed versus top-fed the conduits/circuits. Is there an easy and quick way or product to seal the conduit entrances? The system can not be shut down to make any normal corrections.

Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

The code does not require that the electrical equipment be water resistant. It requires a drip containment system for the foreign systems that are located in the dedicated spaces above the electrical equipment.

A sheet metal drip pan with a drain, but it must be 6ft above the top of your gear. See 110.26

And the drip pan should not block the sprinkler heads...it is only there for leaks in the piping system and is not intened to prevent the heads from putting water on the electrical equipment if they would be activated.
