Conduit Sizes for Overhead Single Phase Residental Services, NEC Article?

I have always used 2" pvc for 200, 1 1/4" pvc for 100, and 2 1/2" GRC for 100/200 A mast type services.

I recently was asked where this was in the NEC and could not locate it.

I believe it falls under the local utility REMSI specs.

Is there anywhere in the NEC that specifies the size?

Section xxx.22 for the type of raceway wiring method will refer you to the percentage fill specified in Table 1, Chapter 9.

The local POCO may specify a minimum size.
