Conduit Support

We have an oil/gas storage terminal with existing conduit supported above ground by the existing oil and gas pipelines. Cannot find within Code where this practice of support to liquid process lines is allowed or prohibited. Can anyone provide a firm code reference for such installations other than 300.11which really doesn't deal with this issue.

Code prohibits the use of conduit to support other systems, but it's up to those systems' requirements to prohibit their use to support conduit.

I've seen :)roll:) back-to-back Mineralac straps used to attach PVC conduit to black-iron natural gas piping to a standby generator. No objections.
