Conduit touching pipes

Is there any code requirements that conduit can not touch other pipes? It is underground PVC conduit up against pvc cold water pipe so i am not worried about dissimilar metals or vibration.

Expansion and contraction due to temp changes won't abrade one or both of the pipe materials over time?

This would be a good place to interject a rule of thumb norm(as I know it) usually written into General Specifications in a lot ofindustrial facilities.

6" clearance when crossing and 12" clearance when running parrallel both AG and UG

This usually has in mind a possible aid in digging up an UG run and if hot temp line to not induce heat into conductors.
