I am working on a project where the architect is providing a roof structure, roughly 9.5" deep. Between the ribs will be cavities which I would like to use for conduit to keep the conduit from being exposed below. I have looked through the 2017 NEC and not run into anything that would keep us from doing this. However I may have missed something. I am curious if anybody has run into issues running conduits if structural cavities like this. I also attached the architectural detail, of which I threw in a quick red oval as a placeholder for a conduit run.
