conduits through wall, lab

When we run conduit sleeves through wall or slab, besides to provide fire protection seal, are there any other codes or concern that we need to be aware of? Same question with conduits in slab and step up. Thanks!

if the sleeves were pre set in concrete-slab or wall-then i see no other codes. If the holes were core drilled-other than fire protection-i see no problem either, just gob it up with fire rated caulk.

There might also be structural concerns, depending on how many holes and what size.
