So I replaced 2 switches that were presumably 3 way switches and now they don't work. Individually they will turn the light/fan on but if one is on and I hit the other one, it doesn't do anything. When pulling out the switches they both look the exact same with 1 white and 1 blue cable coming from underneath and the blue, white, orange, and pink going up. Can anyone help me identify if I need a different switch or if they should be wired differently? The blue is connected to common and orange and pink are connected to the same terminal respectively to each switch.
