Hey guys, and gals too.i am in NJ and it seems as if there is no hope to a question that i have.
i wanna find out what is the differance between a journeyman's card and a qualified journeyman's ID card.
i spoke to someone at the (BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS IN NEWWARK)and what they told me i was even more confused.
any help?????????
