Confusing feeder or service entrance conductors

Attached sketch of switchboard (SWBD) is fed from service. The service conductors connect to compart #1 bus. From compartment the conductor #1 and conductor #2 are connected to enclosed circuit breakers shown in sketch.

Feeder defintion Article 100 is all conductors from service equipment to branch circuit conductors.

Service conductor definition Article 100 is conductors from service point to service disconnect.

Conductors #1 and #2 are from service equipment like feeder defintion says. Question conductor #1 and conductor #2 are they feeders or service conductors?

Conductors 1 and 2 are service conductors. (The enclosed circuit breakers are "service equipment.")

Somehow I got error message uploading document serval times but was able to upload it post #1 after multiple attempts.

In addition to what David said, just note 230.40 exception #2, 230.71, and 230.72 is what is going on. From a pedagogical perspective, I would recommend reviewing those.
