Connect To Extg, Circuits

Have area bout 50'x60' that has existing lights to be removed and new lights going in same area but not exactly in same location. They want new lighting connected to existing circuits. How could anyone price such work? To me that's something that has to be surveyed, circuits traced etc. to know what's really involved. Agree?

I would assume that you're going to reuse the circuits where they originate in the area (like at a home run box) and that everything else will be new.

price it up first by assuming you demolish everything and start from scratch. then "value engineer" it.
