connecting neutral to earthing

In 3 phase, 480v pri, 120/208 sec transformer, should I connect the neutral wire in the secondary side to the earthing and connect two wires from one point, run two wire for the neutral and the other for the grounding. Where I can find this in NEC

Yes, the NEC considers this a separately derived system and there are a few important requirements that must be followed.
