Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question. My customer has 18 SO cord drops from the ceiling and each cord has a straight blade receptacle on the end. The customer wants me to install GFCI extension cords for personnel protection so my plan is to connect the Leviton GFCI 3' extension cords to the existing receptacles. The problem is keeping two straight blade devices connected without pulling apart. Leviton offers the cord with a twist lock plug but then the receptacle also becomes twist lock.

I've searched for a type of clamp that would keep the two cords clamped together but haven't been able to find anything.

the best way to do this would be to put a woodhead style pendant box, with a hubbell GFM20A in one side and a receptacle in the other.
