If you have a three pole breaker feeding a motor load, and one phase has a loose connection,(say B phase) will that phase draw more current or less current than the other two? Voltage is 480/277. This is a discussion/argument going on at work right now.

Assuming that your term "loose connection" means "higher than normal resistance", the current will be less than normal on that phase, and would be zero if the phase was "open".

The currents in the other two phases would have to increase in order to continue to supply the same load.
