Article 110.14 states the aluminum wire when exposed to air will create aluminum oxide. However, there an anti-oxide compound to apply to the wire to stop the aluminum-oxide. Can this compound be used on copper wire connections?

Check the listing on the de-ox. Most likely it can be used on copper.
