Connex wiring

I have to wire a connex. The connex was half hazardly installed and two pavers are used to steady it. The connex is still not level. There is a underground water valve within 18" of the connex. Currently I have a 2 pole 50 amp breaker feeding it. I'm concerned about supporting the pipe running up the connex, since the connex could continue shifting, which would allow the pipe to shift with the structure. My first choice is to install a gfi breaker then to support the pipe.
Please suggest a safe installation. Let me know if there are any questions about the job.

As far as the pipe, install a section of LFNC, say 18 - 24"s where it exits the ground for flexibility.

Thank-you this was suggested to me before , i chose to ignore it because I was stuck The location is on a college campus and I was in in the mindset if anything happens power needs to be shut off immediately therefore I pushed for a gfi breaker.
