Considering Sun Tunnel Skylights for My Home – Any Advice?

I’m thinking about installing skylights but my roof layout makes traditional options tricky. I recently came across sun tunnel skylights and they seem like a great solution for bringing natural light into small or oddly shaped spaces.

Has anyone here used them before? I’m curious about the installation process, energy efficiency, and how much light they actually provide compared to standard skylights. Also, do they require frequent maintenance?

Any brands or models you’d recommend? Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
