Hello,

Can any one please tell that what should be the points to remember while developing a contactor. ( Need it for my research purpose)
Or calculations for electrical contactors like:-

Magnet armature selection & size calculations.
Magnetic force calculations b/w magnet spring , magnet armature , & contact spring.
Coil calculations for different coil voltages.
It will be very helpful to me.

that is an in depth and fairly complex subject
get a good text on electric machines, generally armatures will be covered in one of the first chapters
a good one is Electric Machinery by Fitzgerald, it's actually in Chapter 1
