I want to control two electric baseboards from 1 stat. The baseboards are on two separate 240 volt circuits and because of their wattage can't be on the same 20 Amp circuit.

I know I could use a contactor but I don't want to go that route as the contactor would have to be in the attic.

I know Honeywell has their "red link" relays you can use with a wireless thermostat. Has anyone used these or something similar? It doesn't have to be wireless but I want something dependable that actually works

I was going to suggest a dp t stat and switching one leg if the T-stat was rated for the load but I believe you would need a handle tie for the 2 dp breakers- ugh
