Control Relay Install

I have an ATS (auto Xfer Sw) and need to add a control relay inside for switching status back to a SCADA system. What section of the NECA Labor Estm book should be used to install a DIN rail type relay with non soscket type, 4 pole. I used the MCC / Switch and Panelboard section, but other advise me to use building systems. I can not find installing a control relay / interpose relay anywhere in the NECA Book.

Haven't you already taken more time to estimate the installation of this item than to actually do it?

you will not find every single task that can be performed in those estimating books, nor should you expect to. use experience plus a fudge factor.
