Are there restrictions in the NEC as to control (coil) voltages used to pull in a contactor or relay? I have a system that has a contactor (277Vac) that will interrupt the power into an enclosure. The coil for the contactor is 230Vac. Most systems I see are 24Vdc or 120Vac.

There are contactors that have 480V coils. It all depends on the equipment and application.
