Don't know where they get it from. 480 (L-N) comes to me from POCO trans.

That would be a rare voltage system. 480 line to neutral would require a wye system to have 831 volts line to line.

Its single phase 480V L-N; uses a 1:1 transformer, the primary goes between two phases on a 480V three phase supply, and the secondary has one end grounded to become a single phase 480V supply.
