I am reviewing a plan that shows controlled receptacles having 1/2 a duplex receptacle fed from one panel and 1/2 of the duplex fed from another. Both panels are fed from the same transformer. No signs of relay panels or other remote controlling means such as switching an entire panel. I am to assume that the controls are local relays and occ sensors. The question is; can I run these circuits in the same conduit and yoke? I can't find any codes saying that I can't. This does not fall under multi-ware branch circuits because they will have their own grounded wires which will de-energize with the ungrounded. They are not from separately derived systems. Each trim plate would be labeled with both panel and circuit designation at top and bottom relating the portion of the duplex to its circuit. Please reference codes with replies.

They would require simultaneous disconnect when on the same yoke. Not possible from two different panels.

Yes they can be in the same conduit, there is no section that says they can not. Please see section 406.3 E for controlled receptacle markings that may apply to your plans

I missed the part about having two circuits on the same yoke, can't do as infinity pointed out. Why not use a two gang box, one receptacle from each panel?
