Does anyone on here, who would be willing to do so, have the capability to convert an Autocad 2010 .dwg 3D model into a .step and/ or .iges file for me?

I'm about exhausted downloading programs, converters, add-ons all to no avail.

FYI:
I have some more work to do in the file before it gets converted.
It's a 200KB file right now and should be about that size when I'm done.

Thanks!

Alternatively does anyone know of a converter that actually works?

Perhaps it'll help if you divulge the program that will be opening the .step or .iges file.

I have TurboCAD 2015 in my archives somewhere but haven't got around to installing it since going to Windows 10. I'm pretty sure it'll open .dwg and save as .step, perhaps .iges, but I have no idea how efficiently...

I won't be opening it (other than to look at it). It's for an injection molded part (like a cap on a can of spray paint). Tool & die needs either STEP or IGES and my flavor of Autocad does neither. Closest I can get is a DXF.

Someone pm'd me a link that should work. It's an Autodesk thread where people have been posting files for years and random people convert them for them.

Thanks.
