I posted this in lighting but I haven't received any responses.
Can a 0-10 volt class 2 lighting control circuit be reclassified as a class 1 circuit if the manufacturers literature only identifies it as a class 2? In NEC parlance, does 725.130 take precedence over 110.3(b) if all conditions for 725.130 are met? Would the manufacturer need to specify it as being class 1 compliant so it can be installed in the same conduit as the 120 volt power wiring.
