Just inheritef a project from a previous designer at the company I work for. Apparantly he has designed this project to remove the control portion of a Lutron dimming panel and retain the breakers so the contractor does not have to do anyrhing but replace lighting fixtures with lower wattage versions of the existing fixtures, and install local dimming controls in each room served.
I have looked through the NEC, starting with 408, but cannot find anything saying it can't be done. Somehow I'm fairly sure this does not comply in one way or another.
Can someone help me pin it down or confirm it is ok?
Thanks,
Craig
