Another cool tool for anyone needing remote troubleshooting in our times of social distancing, is that Rockwell is providing free access to an Augmented Reality software program called Vuforia Chalk until June 30th.
It allows a remote user to take a picture of a machine, control panel etc., and a person on the other end can make notations, directions etc. using their cell phones or pads.
