copper buss bar

a quick question
we have 800amps 208volt coming into a building, we have a 1/4"x3"copper buss bar going around the
interior space of the building, around openings of the buss bar we have jumpers to connect the buss bars
is table 250.66 the table? i was told 350kcmils?

What is the purpose of the buss? Sounds like a supplemental grounding install or a halo as we call it.
I would not consider it the grounding electrode conductor.
Even if you do. The way i see it to get 800 amps you would have to parallel (2) 600 Kcmil which wold be over 1100 Kcmil so according to 250.66 3/0 copper is what you need.
