Copper Clad aluminum Romex ampacity

Based on 310.15(B)(16) I should be able to terminate a #12 Copper clad aluminum NM cable on a 20a. breaker with terminations rated at 75˚

I humbly invite your comments

This is being used in an older home for kitchen appliance circuits.
