Hi enrique,

I am trying to wrap my brain around the description you gave. Is the receptacle device inside a box in the wall a compliant installation? And is the other end terminated "on" a metal box with a cord and plug to be connected to an UPS inside a data cabinet have a compliant through the wall transition into the cabinet configuration? Maybe a reword description can help for a forthcoming answer.

Looks okay for a rack equipped line connection from the wall conduited receptacle. I am not sure of how the internal rack destination grounding is compliant as the detail view is cut off at the top. A schematic/wiring diagram would even be a better description.
