Cord listings

I just passed my masters test in Vermont.....

one of the questions on the test dealt with a cord.

The question was along the lines of which listing of cords, when used for a fountain, is rated for direct contact with the water?

The choices are:
SF
SJO
SO
SE

I looked in the code, but couldnt really find a definate answer.
any help would be appreciated!

Flexible cord immersed in or exposed to water shall be of a type for extra-hard usage,as designated in Table 400.4 and shall be a listed type with a "W" suffix.
