WHERE can i buy a main breaker panel 200 amp 3 phase 3 wire for corner grounded delta ? brand and part # please.

been away from "buying" for while, but any "gear" manuacturer (G-E, SqaureD, Semens, etc) can supply. It will probably be a panelboard and not a loadcenter. If they know the system it will be accordingly labeled and supplied with the appropriate breakers (non slash rated).
Any experienced electrical supplier should be able to handle that for you

Why can't you use single-phase equipment rated for the voltage? A corner grounded system would have 2 conductors not grounded and the 3rd grounded (just like in a 1-phase system).

In some case you can if the single phase equipment is listed for both.

For instance a Square D main lug QO panelboard can be used on 3 wire delta but Square D does not list the same panel for that use with a main breaker.

A 120/240V 1PH 3W panel only needs to have insulation and clearances of 120V to ground. A 240V 3PH 3W panel with a corner grounded conductor needs to have insulation and clearances of 240V to ground (this is especially important when the circuit breaker is clearing a fault).
