I have fire pump fed from normal and backup side. The backup side is fed from delta winding generator. To get phase to ground fault detected they did corner grounded delta generator that is feeding the fire pump.

Would the fire pump controller need to be listed for use in corner grounded delta or not?

I can't think of any reason the unit would need to be listed for that, the corner grounding is providing a ground fault path in case of a short.

Does this fire pump controller have a VFD? If so the corner grounded Delta might be an issue.

What is the voltage marking on the fire pump controller?....this works just like breakers. If the voltage is slash rated, it must be used on a system where the voltage to ground does not exceed the lower number. If it is straight rated, it is probably ok, but you would need to dig into the manufacturer's instructions to be sure.

I am no generator guru but I wonder how there would be any advantage to a corner ground for GF monitoring? One less CT?
Seems you can still have GF monitoring on a wye generator even with no neutral load. I have read and always been told by generator people that industrial generators should have their internal windings connected in wye rather than delta since they produce odd harmonic voltages, something like a third harmonic voltage being as much as 10%. I'd imagine that can cause heating from circulating currents in a closed loop configuration like a delta and decrease the life of the generator, but if its only for a fire pump I guess that does not matter.
