Correction factors

I have two questions about applying correction factors for conductors that pass through different ambient temperature areas.

1)Say you have a 200' feeder run leaving a mechanical room. For 190' of the run the ambient temp is 80 degress f. The last 10' of the run in the mechanical room which is full of compressors and other equipment is 90 degrees f on a hot day. Do I still have to use a correction factor?

2)Lets say the the conductors feed rooftop equipment and the last 5' poke through the roof. Do I adjust for that last 5 feet on the roof?
