id like to request and draw from the vast experience of this forum. i would like to find out what portion of a building cost is spent towards lighthing, gear and commodities (pipe wire etc)
(im sure there vast exceptions)
but for a simple 10 unit apartment building,
what would be a cost for electrical gear, lighting and others would be individually.
i have heard that electrical gear is a mere 5 % of the building cost and that lighting is up to 30%, where as the the infrastructure (concrete, metal) cost is 50%...the rest is pipe, wire, and wall devices
is that a fair assumption?
