elec-student:
This is the eighth question you have asked since Mar. 19th. I have noticed that not once, not one single time have you thanked or acknowledged in any way the answers the many fine members on this forum have provided you. How long do you think we will continue to support you and complete your homework assignments while you seem to be so unappreciative?

P.S. I apologize to the other members here....I just had to get that off my chest.

Why do you need help on this one? Look at Table 8, find the DC resistance of that type of conductor (in ohms per 1000 ft), and multiply by two and one half. Would you mind letting us know what manner of "electrical student" you might be? Apprentice Electrician? College Student?

Re: Could you help me on a question please

We are senior high school students in a two year electrical program, and we haven't had much experience with the code book. Sorry for asking so many questions and not thanking you promptly. I assure you that you will never have this problem again.

Sincerely,
Tantasqua senior electrical Class

Re: Could you help me on a question please

Elect-Student, What concerns us is not the fact that you are asking alot of questions, it is the apparent lack of effort on your part to learn these topics for yourself. It especially concerns me that you feel it necessariy to come to a forum like this instead of going to your instructor for more assistance. Everyone was an uneducated and untrained electrician at one point that didn't know a single thing about electricity, so don't be ashamed of that. Just show a liitle effort and ask questions about real problems and issues you do not understand and try to stear away from having us do your homework. Good luck with your studies, I hope you become a good electrician some day. :)

Some people find challange in answering these types of questions, the question may seem easy for you to understand yet very difficult for someone else, Especially a 15 yr old kid. I thought this forum was to help people, all kinds of people not just the know it alls.I'm in this buisness 23 years and learning new things every day.
