Is there a dimension for countertop depth that receptacle is not required above it?
I have 11” deep countertop 22” wide and I’m wondering if I have to install receptacle in residential kitchen .
See attachment
Thank you

The NEC doesn't care about the depth only the width which in this case exceeds the 12" for the required receptacle. For what it's worth I could see someone using a space that's only 11" deep.
