Crane disconnect

I have an A frame crane being installed. The crane is being fed from a distribution panel 20 ft away. Do I still need a fused disconnect or is using the breaker sufficient?

If I read 610.32 correctly, the breaker may be used as the disconnect. See Section 610.42 as to the rating requirements.
