Crane Lifting Near Overhead Static Line

I am planning on doing a crane lift in an electrical substation. The crane is lifting a transformer and moving it slightly its existing location. The overhead conductors feeding the transformer (34.5 KV) and the load side (13.8 KV) will be de-energized and grounded. There is an overhead static line that is approximately 30 feet overhead. I have this static line grounded at multiple points.

The crane company is having concerns about the static line being a source of potential that may induce voltage onto their crane. I looked up the code and up 50 KV, 10 feet of separation is required. Table A: Minimum Clearance Distances (29 CFR 1926.1408).

All of my conductors are grounded. Does anyone see a concern with the static line overhead causing any voltage to be induced onto the crane?
