Hello,

Has anyone ever successfully created their own database folders in Accubid? If not then I have 3 - pre-built folders from Accubid and I can probably completely modify one of them to give me a tapered down version with just a couple of hundred of the most commonly used items in it.

Just thought it would be nice to spend less time looking up parts.

Thanks,

I've been using Accubid for about 10 years for 2 different companies. I've never seen completely separate databases, just modified assemblies in the overall master database. Out of curiosity, why would you want your own database and not the whole Accubid database? That kind of defeats the entire purpose of Accubid. Do you build everything out of just the item database or are you using common assemblies?

Lately i have been doing mostly commercial residential service work and remodel. Not using my Accubid at all but manually listing material.
i was considering building a much smaller database than the ones from Accubid.
Populated with just a hundred or so commonly used items that i can find and update prices quickly.
