Critical Branch circuit card axcess

Can I use the critical branch circuit in a nursing home to supply power to the transformers feeding the card/door axcess system. I do not have the code in front of me but in health care facility critical branch A6 says other funtions for normal hospital operation. Can I consider card axcess normal operation?

I believe the facility gets to make the call on what needs to be connected to the critical branch. If they think the access system is necessary, I'd put it on the critical branch.
