Cryogenic tank

I am plans for installing cryogenic tank 3000 gallon filled with Nitrogen. The tank is going to be installed outside on concrete pad next to exterior building walls.

Two questions: is Nitrogen considered hazadrous classified class and division boundaries and locations?

Second i don’t see anything else in NEC 2017 that would relate to cryogenic tank filled with Nitrogen. Am I missing something?

Not hazardous. Heck, the air we breathe is 78% nitrogen. It can even be used as a fire suppressant.
