NEC table 392.10(A) permits a list of wiring methods that can be used in a cable tray.
Can a CSA type ACIC be used in tray? If so, what NEC section can you use for the installation requirements?

Thanks

If used in a cable tray in Canada, the Canadian code, not the NEC would determine this.
If used in a cable tray in the US, no wiring method that is not listed to a US UL standard would be allowed, IMHO.
Is the particular CSA ACIC dual listed with a US wire/cable type?

The cable would be used in the US. I do not see any kind of dual rating.
Thinking this cable should not be used it US?

The same would probably be true for a CSA listed "TECK90" cable unless it was dual rated as type "MC" or similar?

Thanks

That is how I see it, yes.
The rating does not need to be done by UL, but it has to refer to US standards.
Now some equipment simply does not require listing at all, but that does not apply to wire.
